A very pleasant apartment, well furnished close to the beach as well as to the town centre, perfect for holiday and congress.

30m², two rooms (bedroom and a kitchen and living room combined), a small hall, toilet and bathroom. Kitchen with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen ware and tableware.

Suitable for up to four persons. Bed room with two separate beds that can be arranged as a double bed (with a large mattress). In the living room you find the click-clack sofabed for two persons, lounge table, a stool, dining tablewith four chairs, bookcase, stereo, DVD-player and a flat screen TV with french and international channels.

Balcony 8m² south-facing with a dining table for at least four persons. Partly sea view and a view to the Esterel Mountains.

The apartment is equiped with air condition.

Unheated outdoor swimming-pool from the beginning of April.

Automatic launderette. , 4 euro per washing token.

Wireless internet, available in a public area in the building. 15 euro per week.

Parking place in garage may be possible to rent for 50 euro per week.

The apartment is located just off the Plages du Midi, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals, Croisette, the beaches and all else that Cannes and the Riviera has to offer.

Price per week

Cleaning at departure is included in the price.
If you rent the apartment during a congress both cleaning at departure, bed linen and towels are included.
