The apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on Avenue de la Rostagne.

- Train station: 10 minutes. To Cannes/Nice - 3 times per hour to Cannes (10 min journey) and Nice (20 min journey).
- Distance to Nice airport: Approximately 15km.
