We offer a complete service where we take care of the entire process from marketing, customer contact, booking, preparation of apartment and guest reception. You can also choose parts of the package, such as guest reception, if you chose take care of the marketing and booking yourselves.
We are the link between you as the owner of the property and the tenant and for our service, we charge a commission of 25 percent of the gross rent. (Other models of compensation may occur.)

The practical
- Our service includes contact with guests and all communications in connection with inquiries and rentals.
- We take care of all administration for our guests' payment of rent.
- Our French- and English-speaking staff will meet the guests on site and hand over keys and show the apartment.
- We inspect the apartment on departure day and cleaned the apartment after each guest.
